Oh, hey there! Just a little note saying hi... and that I haven't forgotten about this blog. (ooookay, maybe a little)
Things have been a bit
insane chaotic lively these past few months, but I wouldn't have it any other way. I am so dang thankful for all of my amazing couples who have entrusted me with capturing the moments of the most special and beautiful days of their lives. I'm excited to eventually shoot (and blog. no, really!) all of my 2012 weddings, and equally excited for the challenge of adjusting to such a fast-paced schedule. Bottom line: I love what I do, and I feel ridiculously blessed to call it my job. Thank you for all the support and encouragement as I make my way through this first year of being a full-time business. Last summer, I was daydreaming about "one day" from my corporate America job, and all I can say is this has far exceeded anything I could have hoped for. I am eternally grateful for this crazy adventure you have given me. Thank you.
There will be a major overhaul coming soon with pictures, a new design and lots of other exciting things, but in the meantime I'll be devoting every waking minute to editing, shooting, catching up on email and oh yes, PACKING!!! Guess who's moving this week?!?! (Surprise!) I'm ditching Nebraska and trading "the good life" for the better life... (In all seriousness, Nebraska has been awesome but I'd like to lovingly dedicate that to my favorite die-hard Husker friends ;)
